At Biofit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; ensure the original barcode is covered or removed to avoid shipping delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
